Our 10 year partnership with Mears Ltd covers routine repairs, void maintenance and internal upgrade works -worth around £100m over the life of the contract. Together we have developed an improved repairs centre with local stores and a dedicated team of skilled operatives with a fleet of vans.
Over the past four years, we have fitted nearly 4000 new kitchens, 2400 new bathrooms, 2500 new boilers and heating systems and improved wiring in 3200 homes. Our streamlined approach delivers a steady flow of 20 - 25 completed units each week with full internal refurbishment packages completed in an average of 15 days.
