Co-op Homes is a social housing provider. They are also managing agents who have been responding to the needs of their residents since 1986. Through co-operative housing, their residents are able to contribute to the upkeep of their homes and their environment as well as rightfully participate in itheir overall management. As a not-for-profit organisation, Co-op Homes believes that customers are the foundation of their company which is why they are aiming to constantly improve the services they provide.
In December 2005 they joined forces with Richmond Housing Partnership and together, our vision is to become the best provider of management services for co-ops and other tenant-management organisations.
