RHP employees enjoy holiday entitlement of 25 days per year (this is on a pro-rata basis in the first year, dependent upon the date of joining) plus a minimum of eight Bank Holidays per year. Employees also have the opportunity to buy or sell an additional five days leave each year.
RHP offer a number of pension schemes, with generous employer contributions. Employees are entitled to join the scheme immediately upon commencement of employment.

Long Service Award
On completion of twenty five years of service, you will be presented with a Long Service Award by the Chief Executive.
Employees who are issued with a mobile telephone for business purposes are permitted to use the telephone for a moderate number of personal calls.
Employees who are issued with a laptop computer for business purposes are permitted to use the computer for personal use outside of business hours.
Our internet policy allows all employees to use the internet for personal use within reason.
