Help! How to register
The new online services featured at www.rhp.org.uk allow you to manage your home, at a time that suits you, without having to leave the comfort of your own living room. You don’t even need to pick up the phone. All you need is access to the internet and to complete this simple registration process. This process ensures that your personal details are secure and can only be accessed by you.

Why should I register?
Many of the services we offer are available without registering or logging in (marked with *) but follow the simple process to access the full range including:
- View your rent or leasehold statements
- Pay rent or service charges
- Log a repair in your home or communal area*
- Report anti-social behaviour*
- Log a complaint, track it’s progress and find out who is dealing with it
- Find out who your CLO is and what they look like*
- Find answers to your tenancy and leasehold questions*
- Update the information we have about you – so that we can offer you the right services*
- Find out how to get in touch with us by phone, email, letter, text or instant text chat*
- Download useful documents like information booklets and Partnership Press
I don’t have a PIN number – How do I register?
- Simply click on ‘My services’ then ‘My account’. select the option to request a PIN
- Follow the on screen instructions to find your address
- You will be posted a letter within 5 working days featuring you unique six-digit PIN
- Once you have your PIN, click on ‘My services’ then ‘My account’ again. You will find an option for validating your PIN. Enter your details from the letter and your email address.
- You will receive an email to the address you entered. Follow the link on the email to complete your registration. You will then be asked to create a password that you need to remember. (You do no longer need to keep a record of your PIN).
I do have an RHP PIN number – How do I register?
- Simply click on ‘My services’ then ‘My account’. You will find an option for validating your PIN, when clicked you will be asked to enter your details from your letter and your email address.
- You will receive an email to the address you entered. Follow the link on the email to complete your registration. You will then be asked to create a password that you need to remember. (You do no longer need to keep a record of your PIN).
Now you are ready to make full use of all the online services and manage your home from your home!
