A personal contact
Your Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) is your personal contact and helper at RHP. If he/she is not available another member of the CLO team will always be on hand to help. Find out who your CLO is.
Caretaking
Our caretakers keep the communal areas around your home clean and tidy. Find out who your caretaker is or find out more about the caretaking service.
Collecting your rent
There are a number of ways you can pay your rent including online. We also provide you with support and advice in helping you pay your rent
Repairs to your home
We know how frustrating it is when something goes wrong in your home and we offer a quick and responsive repairs service to put things right. You can report a repair by using our form
Looking after the green areas of your home
We employ a specialist team of contractors to cut the grass and ensure trees and shrubs on your estate are well maintained

Our Tenant Support Officers are dedicated to offering extra support to our customers who need it the most
Older tenants
Our supported housing schemes offer independent living to tenants over 60 with the reassurance of having live-in or visiting scheme managers who also organise a range of activities
