What will we do with the information?
We will record this information securely on our customer database to help us with general statistics. This may show, for example, that some of our residents living in a certain area have a more specific requirement, and this can be taken into account in the services we provide.
We will also have information about your household so we can gain a better understanding of how we can meet your individual needs and those of your family. For example, we could provide you with large print documents or make sure a family member is present when we visit you, if that is what you want.
