We use Equality Analyses (EAs) - previously called Equality Impact Assessements or EIAs - to identify the potential impact of our policies and procedures, services and functions on our customers and employees. They help us to provide and deliver excellent services by making sure that what we do reflects the needs of the community.

By carrying out EAs, we also ensure that the services that we provide fulfil and exceed the requirements of anti-discrimination and equalities legislation.
