RHP's complaint handling 'highly commended'
RHP has been “Highly Commended” by the National Customer Service Awards panel for its approach to complaints handling.

RHP is only one of 24 companies to receive this status out of 800 entrants. We scored particularly high for Innovation and Initiative as well as Team Work and Best Practice.
We really value complaints about our service as both a great opportunity to put things right for our customers and a chance to learn from our mistakes. We will continue to put lots of energy into responding quickly, openly and effectively whenever anything goes wrong.
