Our Customer Commitment

We want to provide you with excellent customer service whenever you contact us, and our customer commitment to improve the areas that matter to you will help us do this.


When you contact us we want to be able to answer your question straight way. That means getting through to us on the phone quickly or your email being responded to on same day. When an issue is going to take longer to fix we will always keep you informed of what is happening and be honest about when we are able to answer in full.

Our customer commitment is to focus on the issues and areas that you have told us are most important to you. Mainly customers tell us that they want our employees to be on their side, they want us to be honest and helpful and they want us to fix their issue so it stays fixed.

As well as this, customers also say that some areas are particularly important; namely our customer advisors, how we respond to complaints, and our repairs, caretaking and gardening services.

We always want to hear your feedback about how we are doing in these key areas. We’ve set some high targets for what we expect to achieve and developed our customer commitment so that our three customer-led Area Forums have a key role in assessing how we’re performing.

The three areas we work in are East, Central and West – covering all of our 8,500 homes. You can see which area you live in here.
