We want to provide you with excellent customer service whenever you have contact with us and whatever you contact us for. Our 'Customer service promises' booklet sets out the service standards you can expect from us in the areas that you have told us are most important to you. We are constantly seeking to improve our standards of service and publish our performance figures each year. Key service promises will be reviewed annually to take account of your feedback. We love to hear from you when we get things right, but it is even more important for you to let us know straight away if things go wrong. We know that this will happen occasionally and when it does we want to be able to put things back on track for you quickly.
