It’s full of useful information and advice for both tenants and leaseholders. Our annual reports review our corporate and financial performance at the end of each financial year.

On the customer's side - RHP's Annual Report 2011/12 now available 

You can now download RHP's Annual Report 2011/12. The Report is welcomed by Ayo Ajayi-Obe, an RHP customer of six years and John Newbury, RHP's new Chair.

Ayo talks about his experiences of being a Chair of his area panel and a member of RHP's  equality and diversity committee and RHP is dedicated to empowering its customers. John goes on to discuss how RHP has focused on improving services and giving customers more choice, convenience and control throughout the year. He also talks about how RHP is responding to the UK's housing shortage by planning to build 148 homes over the next three years.

David Done, RHP's Cheif Executive is featured in an interviewed conducted by an RHP customer who is a journalist. The Report also included performance and financial information for 2011/12. Each section of the Report includes a customer story that brings to life how RHP works with its customers including a story on Donna Lyall, an RHP customer who found employment through the ONE Event, RHP's job opportunities event.
