We have listened to your feedback and will introduce extended office hours on Thursdays from 19 July so you can reach us when you need us.

After listening to your feedback, we are extending our hours on Thursday evenings to 8pm. This means that you will be able to reach our Repairs and Rents Teams or arrange a viewing with our Lettings Team after regular office hours from 19 July, in addition to reaching a Customer Service Advisor in our Contact Centre and a duty Customer Advisor.

We have also introduced a new email address for Customer Advisors, so that if your CA is ill or on holiday you can still get a same day response. Get in touch at customer.services@rhp.org.uk
