Your CA can give you advice and information on:
- Your options for moving or purchasing your home
- Help with calculating and paying your rent or service charge
- What we can do about nuisance and anti-social behaviour problems
- How we consult you about planned maintenance works on your estate
- Information on advice and help available from other organisations
- Information on your tenancy agreement or lease

Our customer commitment
Keeping our promises to you is very important to us. When you contact us we want to be able to answer your question straight way. That means getting through to us on the phone quickly or your email being responded to on same day. When an issue is going to take longer to fix we will always keep you informed of what is happening and be honest about when we are able to answer in full.
We provide a little extra support to those customers who need it most. Please contact your CA if you would like to be referred to our Customer Support Team.
