Our retirement schemes make life a little easier
RHP's award winning retirement schemes offer you comfort, convenience and and a happy place to live in. Choose RHP's Retirement Housing for a relaxed lifestyle, peace of mind and comfortable living. Designed with independent people in mind, our low maintenance flats give you the privacy of your own home, with the added advantage of specialist services on your doorstep.
You can enjoy the company of neighbours in communal lounges and gardens if you wish, or take advantage of a great social scene with regular customer-organised activities.
Peace of mind
We understand how important safety and security is and our schemes offer you extra reassurance to make life stress-free. All flats have an emergency 24 hour call system. You can also go away for a few days without worrying, knowing that your home is in a secure building.
We employ fully trained scheme managers, so that residents have a friendly face who can answer their questions, make sure their scheme is expertly managed, deal with emergencies and help customers with the promotion of social activities. We will visit you personally on a regular basis. They can advise you on any care or support you need although our scheme managers cannot provide nursing or personal care services to you themselves.
Extra Care Housing
RHP has two retirement housing schemes that offer "extra care" housing. Our state of the art scheme at Dean Road and Sandown Court both offer accommodation for customers who receive additional care services from the London Borough of Richmond.
Referrals are made through Social Services for these schemes so please contact your care manager or Social Worker. If you want to know if you are eligible for RHP's retirement housing, please read our eligibility section.
We are always happy to show people around, so come and have a look for yourself and see what you think. We will aim to answer all your questions. You are able to join our waiting list if there are no vacancies at the scheme of your choice.
If you are unsure whether retirement housing is the best option for you, why not try an online questionnaire which will help you with your decision.
If you would like a brochure, more information, or a tour of one of the properties, please call 0800 0322 433, or use the ‘contact us’ button at the top of this page.
