Key worker housing

We believe that key workers play a vital role in our communities. We provide homes for people who work in essential services in locations near where they work. Key workers include teachers, social workers, firemen and nurses.

Typical accommodation on offer would be:

  • Close to local transport routes and amenities
  • Purpose built self-contained flats with a new kitchen and bath or shower room.
  • Unfurnished
  • No deposit required
  • Property management service from RHP

Key worker homes are available to key workers with a gross annual household income of no more than £45k. Please contact us for a more specific definition of key worker.

Your personal contact with us

Your Customer Advisor (CA) is your personal contact and helper at RHP. If he/she is not available another member of the CA team will always be on hand to help.

Collecting your rent

There are a number of ways you can pay your rent including online. We also provide you with support and advice in helping you pay your rent.

Repairs to your home

We know how frustrating it is when something goes wrong in your home and we offer a quick and responsive repairs service to put things right. You can report a repair online.

Looking after the green areas of your home

We employ a specialist team of contractors to cut the grass and ensure the planting, trees and shrubs on your estate are well maintained.
