Repairs

Adult Abuse
If you experience abuse by somebody you should be able to trust, or feel someone you know is being neglected or fears abuse, you can contact any of the following:
- Social Services or a Care Manager can be contacted on 020 8891 1411.
Social Services can be contacted out of hours on 020 8744 2442. Support and guidance can be provided and circumstances investigated. Social services may also involve any other relevant agencies. - Action on Elder Abuse can be contacted on 0808 808 1411, between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Friday. Information and support can be provided where abuse occurs or is suspected.

- Richmond Housing Partnership's Area Managers, Customer Advisors, and Tenant Support Officers. Call 020 8404 5500 and you will be put through to the relevant officer.
- In an emergency or if someone is in danger, call 999 and request the appropriate service.
- Age Concern can be contacted on 0800 731 4931. Advice and guidance is provided free.
Richmond Furniture Scheme
If you need some assistance with making your home a comfortable place to live, you can ask to be referred to the Furniture Scheme in Richmond. The Furniture Scheme can provide you with low-cost furniture costing between £3 and £25 per item. You can ask for a referral from:Richmond Housing Partnership, Social Services, Citizens Advice Bureaux, your doctor or health visitor, the Probation Service and many other local organisations. You must have a written referral before you can buy furniture. Delivery is £12 and £6 for subsequent deliveries to the same address. Donations of good quality furniture welcome.
