RHP work in partnership with many local organizations and groups such as the youth service, local schools, local faith groups, local councilors, the Safer Neighborhood Team and health professionals to bring local communities together and improve the quality of life of the residents of Hampton.
The Hampton Working Together Group (WTG) is made up of representatives from local organizations as well as local people. It coordinates community development work in Hampton and recently conducted a series of focus groups looking at the needs of local people. The resulting action plan for the area can be downloaded on this page. As a result of the action plan there is lots going on in your local area to get involved with.
