As a Leaseholder of RHP we provide you with a high quality management service to your home, block or estate. This includes responding quickly to enquiries and maintaining and cleaning your communal areas.

Your Customer Liaison Officer (CLO)
Your Customer Liaison Officer is your personal contact at RHP. They will make sure that you get the very best out of our service and help you to resolve any problems or complaints. To find out who your CLO is, use our CLO search
Your Customer Liaison Officer will:
- Be your personal representative at RHP
- Be on hand if you have a problem or complaint
- Respond to any service charge enquires
- Visit you at home at a convenient time
- Provide you with information about planned maintenance works to your estate
- Respond to questions about the terms and obligations of your lease
Caretaking
Our caretakers take pride in ensuring that estates and blocks are kept clean and tidy. The service includes:
- Sweeping and removing dirt and litter from shared areas
- Cleaning and washing of stairs and landings, walls and tiled areas, lifts and shared doors
- Checking and replacing light bulbs
- Removing any dangerous items
- Arranging the removal of bulk rubbish
- Graffiti removal
- Annual jet cleaning of bin stores
Looking after green areas around your home
We maintain plants, grass, shrubs and trees through our contractors. We will cut lawns and other grassed areas on the estates to keep it them tidy. Your CLO will be happy to tell you when your grass is due to be cut.
We want to keep your area looking great all of the time. We will weed the shrub beds on your estate and keep them free of litter. We’ll also keep paths and tarmac surfaces free of weeds and litter, and maintain trees on our estates.
