My Customer Advisor (CA)

You have a dedicated Customer Advisor to help you with the more complex issues. They will:

  • Act as your personal representative at RHP
  • Answer any questions you might have about your service charges or your lease
  • Be there if you have a problem or complaint, and visit you at home at a convenient time
  • Give you information about planned maintenance works to your estate

Caretaking and cleaning

The area around my home

We want to keep your area looking great all of the time. We look after grass, plants, trees and shrubs with the help of our specialist contractors. During the summer months we cut lawns and other grassed areas on the estates to keep them tidy. Our specially trained Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) will be happy to tell you when your grass is next due to be cut – please get in touch on 0800 032 2433.

We’ll also weed any shrub beds on your estate and keep them litter free. We’ll keep paths and tarmac surfaces free of weeds and litter, and maintain all the trees. If you think a tree is dangerous please let us know straight away by using the ‘Contact us’ button at the top of the page.
