Controlled parking scheme
If you live on an RHP estate which uses a controlled parking scheme there is now an even easier way to obtain your resident and visitor parking permits. The controlled parking zones are there to ensure only residents and their visitors park there and commuters and shoppers don't use it as a free car park. It also helps to ensure that people park responsibly and do not block other cars or park on kerbs and verges, causing damage.

Your entitlement to a parking permit
- You are entitled to a resident permit if your usual place of residence is an estate where RHP operates a controlled parking scheme.
- One resident permit will be issued per vehicle registered at the address
- You should attach the permit directly to the windscreen of your vehicle using the holder provided
Your entitlement to visitor permits
One visitor permit will be issued per household in the name of the resident (tenant or leaseholder). The resident should then give the permit to their visitor to display on the windscreen of their vehicle. The permit must be returned to the resident when the visitor leaves the estate. The maximum number of visitor permits allowed at one property is two. If you require another visitor permit this can be purchased for £10.
