Service promises

We want to provide you with excellent customer service whenever you have contact with us and whatever you contact us for. Our 'Customer service promises' booklet sets out the service standards you can expect from us in the areas that you have told us are most important to you. We are constantly seeking to improve our standards of service and publish our performance figures each year. Key service promises will be reviewed annually to take account of your feedback.

Your feedback

We love to hear from you when we get things right, but it is even more important for you to let us know straight away if things go wrong. We know that this will happen occasionally and when it does we want to be able to put things back on track for you quickly.

Our local offer Area Panel priorities

Last year our Annual Report set out how we are introducing a local offer for customers. To help establish this we worked with residents, through focus groups and a Service Delivery Committee, to identify what improvements are important to you.
This approach led to each Area Panel tailoring a local offer for their area, with monitoring measures in place to review its success.
