We provide a little extra support to those customers who need it most.

We offer this service to tenants and leaseholders who may need support because they:
- are an older person needing help to move home
- are a young person at risk or leaving care
- are moving on from supported to independent accommodation
- are setting up home for the first time
- need help managing things such as paying household bills or rent
- need help to sort out a crisis or problem that affects their tenancy
- have a mental or physical health issue that is causing difficulties in managing their tenancy
These are just some of the reasons why people need support and each person’s situation is looked at individually to see if we can help.
How can we help you?
We will work with you to:
- help you to maintain your tenancy
- create an action plan that meets your needs
- help filling in forms for benefits or grants
- help you to plan your budget
- help you get essential furniture or other goods
- give you information on other services that could help meet your needs
We can also visit you at home if you have difficulty with travel or getting about.
