The quieter autumn months offer a great opportunity to address any health concerns you might have and want to address before the busy festive period.
Our friends at Richmond Council are putting on a host of activities and different services for you to use via their Social Prescribing Link Workers (SPLW). The SPLW give individuals time to focus on ‘what matters to you’ and take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. This could include supporting with things like managing stress, loneliness, finding social groups, learning new skills, physical activity or getting information on employment, benefits, housing and legal advice. The information listed here highlights their different services and how to get in touch.
