Our 'Year at a Glance' annual report is one way we let our customers know what progress we've made in the last financial year and how they rate our key services.
In the past year, we invested £18.8m in maintaining and improving existing homes, launched our new Home Standard and gained external recognition for our commitment towards fire safety, gaining a Five Star grading in the British Safety Council’s Occupational Health and Safety Audit.
Over the past 12 months, we've seen tenant satisfaction decrease. This year, we’re focusing on how we listen to customers so we can understand why this is and improve what we do. However someone gets in touch, our goal is to deliver a consistently excellent service. We’ll also provide more safe, green and smart homes and build on our reputation as an inspiring place to work.
