RHP Group gains Investors in People Platinum twice
RHP Group has achieved Investors in People Platinum for the second time. The Platinum accreditation, which we first gained in 2018, is the highest award in leadership, people management and culture an organisation can achieve. We’re proud to be in this elite group, as only 2% of organisations in the UK have achieved Platinum status and even fewer have attained it twice.
The rigorous assessment process involved IIP sending out an employee survey, interviewing over 40 people from across the organisation, observing various meetings and events and reviewing a range of supporting evidence.
The IIP report states: “Passion, purpose, collaboration, excellence, family, innovation and trust are words used regularly at RHP and people are proud to work there. Values are understood and embedded into strategic discussions, team planning, performance management, recruitment and how people are recognised. It’s about people working together and understanding the needs of customers, colleagues and stakeholders by doing the best job they can”.
The report also emphasised how we’ve successfully adapted to change during Covid-19 – which has included keeping both customers and employees safe, embedding our flexible working programme ‘Your Work, Your Way’, further enhancing our wellbeing offering and keeping people connected virtually through fun and engaging initiatives and activities.
