To help keep our customers and employees safe, we’ve followed Government guidance throughout the pandemic. This is how the latest restrictions - announced on 8 December - will impact our services:
Our services including repairs, planned works, gas safety checks and caretaking will all remain as they are. Our employees will continue to work in line with restrictions to help keep both you and them safe. We ask that if you come into contact with one of our employees, you too follow Government guidance and remain a safe distance, and let us know before any appointment if you’ve tested positive for Covid-19, have symptoms or are self-isolating.
For your safety, it’s still really important that we can gain access to your homes for work such as repairs, gas safety and electrical checks. If you've been contacted about one of these activities, please continue to book your appointment. You can find out how to do this here.
Our office & Customer Contact Centre
As Government guidance is for people to work from home if they can, our office in Teddington will be closed to customers. If you have a query or need some help, our Contact Centre is operating as usual. You can get in touch via live chat or phone or find an answer to a question on the Help and Advice section of our website. Find out more here.
We’ll continue to keep you updated if Government advice changes.
