Helping you online

17th March 2016

A world wide web of opportunity

If you’re unsure how to access our services and do things like set up an online account or book a repair online we’re here to help. Click on our Live Web chat square and one of our customer service advisors will be with you in a flash to talk you through what to do and answer any other questions you might have.

A Champion service

We're committed to helping all our customers get online and engage with technology for the first time, so our Digital Champions provide free training and support for those who aren’t confident using the internet. We hold regular computer clubs at our community centres and retirement schemes across the borough because we know that the biggest barriers to using digital technology are often a lack of knowledge and confidence.

Digital Champions open up a world of opportunity by helping customers who are less confident about using the internet to get online and experience its social and financial benefits.

Our friendly champions, made up of employee and customer volunteers, can help you discover a whole new world - from setting up an email account to using tablets and smartphones, saving money on your bills and even contacting friends and relatives by video, wherever they are in the world. And you can do it all whilst sharing a cuppa and having a chat with like-minded people!

Drop into one of the following sessions and find out what it’s all about:

8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8GTMonday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm
