  • David Done
    David Done

    Chief Executive

    As Chief Executive of RHP, David also sits on the Board. David helped establish RHP in 2000 by leading the stock transfer and being appointed its Chief Executive. David is also the Company Secretary. Previously he worked for five local authorities, homelessness charities, and voluntary sector organisations. He has extensive experience of customer service, policy development and governance.

    Executive Director of Corporate Services

    Amina Graham joined RHP as the Executive Director of Corporate Services in 2008 after 22 years at Marks and Spencer. She has a wealth of business experience in customer service, marketing, organisational development and complex change delivery. At M&S Amina led the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes which made a significant contribution to the group’s return to growth. Her commercial acumen and expertise in customer service has helped RHP deliver sector-leading digital services, achieve the gold standard in Investors for People, gain a top 5 place in the Sunday Times Not-for-Profit Best Companies list, win the 2015 CIPD overall award for best employer and employee engagement, achieve the highest ranking in the sector for creating an innovative, friendly culture; and become one of the top performing organisations in the housing sector with customer satisfaction at 85% and employee satisfaction at 97%.

    Executive Director of Finance

    Phil joined RHP as Executive Director of Finance in June 2014 and has Executive responsibility for Finance and Development activities. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been involved in the housing sector for over 15 years since joining from Deloitte. PhiI is a Director and Company Secretary of RHP’s funding subsidiary, RHP Finance plc. Prior to joining RHP, Phil was Resources Director of Thrive Homes, a housing provider based in Hertfordshire and prior to that had worked in a number of senior finance roles at the Peabody Trust over a 9 year period. Phil is currently an independent Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of North Hertfordshire Homes.

    Sharon joined RHP Group in early 2016, after working in the commercial sector (fulfilment and logistics) for over 25 years. She brings with her a wealth of business experience, having managed operations at a senior level for major brands such as House of Fraser, Habitat and Selfridges. Sharon specialises in leading Customer Service and Contact Centre operations in digital transformation strategy and most recently led the global brand delivery service at Boohoo.com and Mothercare.

    John had a senior local government career in the West Midlands, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and London including as Director of Housing Services for Hammersmith & Fulham Council. John then established Newbury King Consultants which was later acquired by Mouchel, and John became Mouchel's Director of Housing & Regeneration. John lives in South London from where he runs a consultancy business.

    Angelika has been a tenant of RHP since 2003 and joined the Board in June 2010. She has previously worked in the media as a journalist and editor and is now working for the NHS as Mindfulness Trainer.

  • Suzanne Avery
    Suzanne Avery - Board member

    Suzanne has over 20 years' extensive experience at the forefront of the real estate and housing finance sectors, most recently as Managing Director of the London Real Estate Finance Group & Sustainability at RBS, where she built a significant business which was awarded some of the largest and most complex UK real estate debt and capital markets transactions. She is now engaged in a range of corporate initiatives in the UK and internationally.

    Having held various board appointments over the last decade in healthcare and property related sectors, Suzanne is also Trustee of Landaid and sits on various committees including the Finance Committee of A2 Dominion Housing.

  • Toby D'Olier
    Toby D'Olier - Board member

    Toby has been a RHP homeowner for four years. He joined the Board in September 2013. He has spent the last ten years working in radio for Global Radio, Europe's largest radio group; as well as others as an executive producer and manager. He is now self employed as a videographer and web consultant, producing corporate video for a wide variety of clients.

    Toby is a member of the Kew Society, who campaign to preserve the character of Kew and the surrounding area.

  • Peter Marsh
    Peter Marsh - Board member

    Peter joined the Board of RHP in June 2011 and chairs the Development and Governance & Remuneration Committees. Peter is both a qualified teacher and an accountant and has served as a Deputy Principal at Gateshead, City & Islington, and Fareham College. He is now Managing Director of Peter Marsh Consulting which provides client side advice to colleges and local authorities for the delivery of new education buildings and housing development. He was previously the Chief Executive of the Tenant Services Authority and prior to that he was the Deputy Chief Executive and the Director of Resources at the Housing Corporation.

  • Ian Nunn
    Ian Nunn - Board member

    Ian is Chief Finance Officer at TfL, which he joined in October 2015. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has extensive experience in the private sector and in publicly-funded businesses. Ian joined from Ordnance Survey where he was CFO, but prior to that he was at LOCOG, where he headed up a company to deliver a post games legacy for community sport – The Join in Trust - and before that he was CFO at Eurostar for more than 10 years. Ian is a fluent French speaker having previously spent several years working in France for PWC (where he met his French wife Catherine), Elf and Courtaulds Textiles.

    Stephen Speak - Board member

    Stephen joined the RHP Board in June 2013. His background is in audit and finance and he has been a director of multiple businesses over the years, including Bank of China International in Hong Kong. Currently he is a director of an internet retailer and of RHP Finance plc while also providing ad-hoc consulting services on a self-employed basis. He has lived in Richmond since 1988 and been actively involved with numerous community organisations and charities. In 2011 Stephen won the public vote in a competition to design the now built footbridge over the level crossing at North Sheen. He was elected a Councillor for North Richmond in 2012 and again in 2014. He served as Richmond's Deputy Mayor in 2013 and is currently the Borough's Cabinet Member for Transport.

    Stephen is a Councillor for the London Borough of Richmond and a member of the Planning Committee and Cabinet. He is the Borough's representative on London Council's Transport and Environment Committee. Stephen is a director of RHP Finance plc.

  • Nigel Taylor
    Nigel Taylor - Board member

    Nigel joined the RHP Board in July 2015. A local resident, he has dedicated twenty-seven years to the property and construction industries. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Royal Engineer. Nigel is Managing Director of Carillion Services and sits on the Carillion plc board. Before joining Carillion, Nigel worked for Wimpey Plc and Edmund Nuttall.

    Ursula Wyman - Board member

    Ursula joined the board in July 2015. She has more than 15 years' leadership experience in Global Customer Operations, Strategy and Business transformation in the telecoms and travel sectors. She is Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Expedia.com Ltd.
