A faster way to have your say

At RHP our aim is to provide you with a service that keeps getting better and better. To help us do this we need to hear from you about what we’re doing well and what you think could be improved.

That’s why we’re making it easier for you to have your say. Now any time you complete a transaction on our website (like booking a repair appointment or making a payment) you might receive a text survey asking you a few simple questions. It’ll be super quick to complete so you’ll be able to tell us what you think whilst boiling the kettle, waiting for the bus or queuing at the checkout! 

Everyone who completes a survey during a three month period will automatically be entered into a prize draw. Check out our first winner on our Facebook page

If you complete more than one action on our website at a time, you might get two surveys close together. If you think we’re getting a bit overenthusiastic, just let us know and we’ll stop sending them to you.
