Our annual report video is out now. This short film summarises our performance over the last year along with our plans to deliver high-quality, low-cost services in the future as well as lots of new homes.

Last year we were delighted that tenant satisfaction improved in our key service areas, including repairs and maintenance at 84% and caretaking at 85%. Overall tenant satisfaction was 83% and 75% of tenants told us we were easy to do business with. 99% of repairs were completed within 10 days and of those, 70% were booked online by customers at a time convenient to them.We invested £16.2 million into maintaining existing homes and as part of this we installed 998 fire doors and 287 energy-efficient boilers, replaced the roofs on four of our estates and ensured all our tenanted homes had their annual gas safety checks. We re-let our empty homes in an average of 15 days which is one of the best turnaround times in the sector. 

We delivered 58 more affordable homes and we're delighted that our development at Dairy Court has been shortlisted for Inside Housing's Innovative Development of the Year. 

Marking our long-term commitment to be an excellent employer, we were ranked number 1 workplace by Great Place to Work and came top in the sector for innovation.
