At RHP, customer focus is at the heart of everything we do, and helping our customers improve their quality of life is a key part of our vision.

To measure our impact on the communities we work in we've produced a document that measures our social return on investment (SROI). SROI is a way of understanding the added value of an organisation’s activities that aren't usually reflected in company accounts - such as environmental and social benefits - and measuring them using monetary values. Measuring social impact supports our decision making and helps us achieve good value for money.

We’re proud of our people at RHP so in this document we also share stories from some of the customers and employees we’ve helped on their journey towards personal growth and a rewarding future career.
