Customer Service Centre training on Thursday

Our Customer Service Centre team will be in training all day on Thursday 3 October. This means that our webchat service will not be in service. It also will mean a slight delay in reply to any emails sent to that department on Thursday.

That said our Repairs teams will be on hand to take phone calls and you can also contact us via our social media channels, Twitter and Facebook, as well as use our self service page here.
