Here's a tip-off

14th July 2016

Leaving bulky items in the bin area or communal areas is fly-tipping. Fly tipping is illegal and if it’s on our land it costs us a significant amount of money to remove – money which would be spent on improving your estate or street. The cost is also passed on to you through your service charge.

You can help us by reporting fly tipping when you see it. If caught, fly tippers can be fined up to £50,000 or even sent to prison.

Your local council can collect bulky items like unwanted furniture, white goods and electrical items from your home for a small charge. Visit www.richmond.gov.uk or www.hounslow.gov.uk for more details.
