Introducing Repairs Live: easily keep track of your repair

From this week, when you raise a repair with us, you’ll also receive a text message. This will provide a link to a new system we’re trialling where you’ll easily be able to keep track of your repair on the day it’s due. It means you’ll be able to see exactly where your repairs operative is, so you know when to expect them and you’ll even be able to send them a message. So, if you need to pop out for a pint of milk you’ll know when you can do this without worrying about missing your appointment! 

The system is really easy to use via your mobile phone, you just have to click on the link provided in the text message and it'll take you to where you need to be.

This is part of our aim of providing you with a place you're proud to call home along with hassle-free services that make your life easier. Repairs live is going to help keep you informed and in control without you having to worry about contacting us.

In a nutshell, keep track of your repairs will now be as easy as seeing how your pizza order is coming along!
