Moat customer information

We’re delighted to be welcoming Moat customers based in Kingston and Surbiton to RHP from 5 September. You’ll be receiving a welcome letter from us before this date detailing how to make the most of our services by setting up an online account and how to set up online payments.

In the meantime you can get set with both today, here’s what you need to know:

You’ll be able to manage your home at your fingertips with your online account. To set this up click here and then click ‘sign in’ and then select ‘create account’. 

To set up your online account we need your e-mail, Date of Birth and Name to be correct on our records – so it’s important you use the same information that Moat had for you. If you’re unable to sign in it might mean some of your details are missing. If this is the case, tell us on web chat (weekdays 8am to 8pm) or drop us a note via contact us.  We’ll update your details and will get you set up straight away.

You can set up your account from today, if you have a housing related query before then (such as a repair) then you’ll need to contact Moat.

To pay your rent or service charges you’ll need to set up a Direct Debit, here’s how to do it:

After you’ve signed up to your online account go to the ‘Make a Payment’ page. You’ll then be taken to ‘My Payments’ where you’ll be shown an overview of your payment details.

Click on the ‘set up a Direct Debit’ tab.

Select ‘continue’-make sure you have your bank details to hand.

Choose a date when you’d like to pay and enter your details.
