Rent concerns and coronavirus
With the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK and across the world, we understand the implications this may have on your household finances and the concerns this might bring.
If you think you're going to be late with your rent payment, please let us know at the earliest opportunity so we can agree to give you some extra time to get back on your feet. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can also web chat with us here.
Please give us as much information as you can about your current financial situation, along with supporting documentation, so we can provide the right advice and support to help get you through this difficult and worrying time. Unless we have this information you may still receive arrears messages from us.
