RHP tops UK best workplaces list
Last night south west London-based housing provider RHP topped the prestigious Great Place to Work best workplaces list in the medium-size category.
The news, announced at an awards ceremony in Westminster, marks a long-term commitment from the organisation to be excellent employer that’s always looking for innovative, thoughtful and creative ways to engage its people.
In their first time entering the awards, RHP were in the company of organisations including McDonalds, Cisco, Twinings and Mars across three different categories based on size.
RHP’s Chief Executive David Done says: “We’re absolutely thrilled! We believe passionately about providing excellent service and we employ people who share that passion. We’ve worked hard to create a special culture where people feel trusted and empowered to make decisions and share their ideas, are given meaningful opportunities and are inspired to be the best they can be”
This tops off a successful twelve months for the organisation having won the overall prize at the 2015 CIPD awards along with coming top for employee engagement, being crowned ‘Gold Employer of the year’ at the Investors in People awards and being ranked number one in their sector for innovation.
