Earlier this month we welcomed our new Executive Director of Customer Services, Peter Cogan to RHP. Peter brings with him a wealth of experience from different industries including telecoms, financial services and utilities.
A message from Peter
I’m excited to have joined RHP as the new Executive Director of Customer Services. This means I’m responsible for the teams that you have the most contact with as a customer, including: Customer Success, Caretakers, Retirement Scheme Managers, Home Maintenance and Repairs.
I was attracted to RHP’s passion for providing excellent service and our quest to be the best service provider in the UK. I’m keen to continue to improve our digital services for customers, making them quick, easy and convenient. Likewise, I want to make sure our services are accessible to everyone and will be strengthening the ways people can keep in touch and have their say whether that’s on or offline.

Help and Advice
The Help and Advice section on our website provides hundreds of answers to common questions at your fingertips.
By setting up an online account through our website you’ll have access to services 24/7, including booking a repairs appointment (picking a two-hour appointment slot) and managing your payments to us.
