Procurement

Procurement is the full range of activities related to purchasing goods, services and works. All RHP’s services involve procurement. Procurement can range from contracting for an entire service to purchasing small assets such as office equipment.

At RHP we know delivering great performance and high-quality standards comes at a price. The challenge for procurement is to reduce cost implications where ever possible, whilst ensuring high-quality standards and practices.

As a Housing Association in receipt of public funding, we are committed to:

Opportunities for Suppliers

RHP are bound by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as such large contracts are tendered competitively, using the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). We procure in a fair and transparent way, considering value for money and quality.

It is important that we adhere to a complaint and transparent tendering process. To achieve value for money we use a range of methods to procure goods, services and works, the choice of method depends on the requirement and its overall value.

Our tender opportunities are run through our e-Procurement portal (in-Tend) which is free for suppliers to register and can be accessed by clicking on the link on the right hand side.
