Unlucky '7' for nuisance Ham tenant

Richmond Housing Partnership obtained a court injunction this week in just seven hours. The court order against a Ham tenant who had assaulted a family member and verbally abused some neighbours in the morning was granted at 3pm on the same day.

We are committed to offering our leaseholders outstanding value for money and a range of excellent services.

We provide rented accommodation for key workers in a location close to work. You’ll receive a personal customer liaison officer and the same excellent services offered to all of our tenants.

  • Purpose built self-contained flats with new kitchen and bath/shower room
  • Close to local transport routes and amenities
  • Unfurnished with no deposit required

If you are not an existing RHP customer and would like to move into one of our properties, you will need to apply to join the Richmond Housing Register, which is operated by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
