Our purpose is providing safe, secure, homes – opening the door to life opportunities. We own and manage around 10,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build more over the next three years.
We were formed in 2000, and have gradually extended our reach. Today we’re proud to operate across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston and Hillingdon.

Co-op Homes
Co-op Homes is a registered provider with 300 properties across London and the South East. They are also managing agents for 30 other community housing organisations and housing co-ops, in turn providing services to over 2000 residents. Co-op Homes’ aim is to work with a co-operative ethos to help people and their communities flourish. We were delighted to welcome Co-op Homes to the Group in 2005. Find out more about them here.
