Our awards & accreditations

We enter targeted awards to check out how we’re doing against our goal of being an excellent service provider and an inspiring and inclusive employer.  

Along with our own internal measures, gaining external recognition in this way acts as an important benchmark for us.  

• The Workplace Wellbeing Index Survey, run by mental health charity Mind, is a benchmark of best practice and policy. It celebrates the good work employers are doing to promote positive mental health in the workplace. We received this award in 2024, and the accreditation is valid until 2026.
• For three consecutive years, we've gained certification from the Top Employers Institute, which showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and the delivery of excellent people policies and practices.
• To be awarded the government's Disability Confident badge, we needed to demonstrate our commitment to an inclusive and accessible recruitment process, providing reasonable adjustments to candidates and existing employees, supporting people with long-term health conditions to stay in work, and carrying out activities that will make a difference to disabled people.
