Our 2024 – 2027 strategy includes building more sustainable and accessible homes for local people, whilst investing in existing homes to meet the decent home and energy standards. We also aim to have reliable and inclusive services, become more connected to the communities we serve, and work in partnership with our residents and other local organisations to achieve outcomes that matter.

To do this our approach will focus on being socially responsible, high-performing, community-connected, and values-based.
