Ways to get involved
Have your say and make a difference to what we do

Menu of opportunities
At RHP we offer a range of ways for you to be kept informed, be consulted, get involved, provide insight, and ultimately influence what we deliver right up to board level. Pick and choose what works for you.

Get involved
You can have your say, and influence what we do in one of the following ways:
1Join a Customer Focus Group
We’ve set up Customer Focus Groups which look at complaints, repairs and other RHP services. The two-hour focus group is held every other month, and are usually in person at our Teddington offices. Focus Group members are given the opportunity to share their views and talk about their experiences with our repairs service, our complaints process, or other topics we cover. Anyone who attends will receive a £30 Amazon voucher. Interested in joining? To find out more, please complete a contact form with the subject line: ‘Customer focus group: FAO Edward Phillips’.
2Join our Digital Neighbourhood
Our engagement platform, RHP's Digital Neighbourhood, is the easiest way to have your say from your sofa and have a direct impact on how your home is managed, while you enjoy a cuppa.
We ask for your feedback on a wide range of topics, including new strategies and policies, customer communications, and changes affecting specific estates.
We’ll keep you updated about how we’ve used yours and other customers’ feedback through our quarterly ‘You spoke, we listened’ publications. And we’ll feature new RHP Digital Neighbourhood projects regularly in Beyond Bricks, so there will always be fresh content for you to review.
To start influencing policies and shaping communities, sign up here. You'll need an email address, screen name (how you want to appear on the platform) and password. We also need to know where you live, to allow you to view pages about your neighbourhood.
3Join a local drop-in session
Our Community Engagement Team run events regularly across different neighbourhoods. We’ll share information about these on our community events page, on Facebook, and on community noticeboards.

4Give feedback in a text survey
We sometimes send text surveys to get feedback on our services. If you get one, reply to let us know how we're doing.
5Give feedback in a phone survey
An independent market research company, called IFF Research, may call you from this number: 0330 027 0103. They'll ask questions about our service – like repairs, antisocial behaviour, and communal cleaning.
6Complaints process
You can raise a complaint by phone, contact form, or letter.
