Ways to get involved

Have your say and make a difference to what we do

Get involved

You can have your say, and influence what we do in one of the following ways:

We meet with customer representatives every few months to discuss our service and policies. Contact us to join the group.

We’re setting up two customer engagement groups, one of which will focus on complaints and one will be around repairs. As part of a two-hour focus group, you’ll be given the opportunity to share your views and talk about your experience with our repairs service or complaints process.

Have your say on repairs & complaints

Share your views on changes we're making to our services.  We'll share opportunities to feedback through focus groups, interviews and surveys on our website, in our email newsletter, and on community noticeboards.

Our Community Engagement Team run events regularly across different neighbourhoods. We’ll share information about these on our community events page, on Facebook, and on community noticeboards.

We sometimes send text surveys to get feedback on our services. If you get one, reply to let us know how we're doing.

An independent market research company, called IFF Research, may call you from this number: 0330 027 0103. They'll ask questions about our service – like repairs, antisocial behaviour, and communal cleaning.

You can raise a complaint by phone, contact form, or letter.
