Meet our board

Keith is a solicitor who has acted for the providers, builders and funders of social housing for over 40 years. He has been on the board of a number of charities and housing associations including nine years as vice-chair of Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association. Keith was previously RHP’s solicitor when it was set up in 2000.

Declared interests: Keith is chair of MTD Housing and is on the board of Stratford East Theatre and its non-charitable subsidiary. Keith’s daughter is the Finance Director of Keep Britain Tidy.

Before joining RHP as Chief Executive, Sarah held senior roles in the housing sector at Executive level, including interim Chief Executive at Catalyst and Chief Operating Officer at Peabody, one of the UK’s largest housing associations. Before her 12 years at Executive level in housing, Sarah worked in the commercial sector including over eight years’ experience at a senior level at Eurostar. Sarah’s roles have covered a wide range of business activities including strategic planning, transformation, operations, customer experience and corporate services. Sarah has also been a non-executive on the panel of advisors for the Housing Ombudsman and a board member on a for-profit housing venture.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector. He is the Director of Advice Services at Toynbee Hall where he leads a portfolio of support services that address key challenges faced by communities. Over the past year, Matt has served on RHP’s Customer Experience Committee, championing initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement.

Shabana heads up investment in hydrogen storage at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, and has previously led the commercial design of the low-carbon hydrogen production contract (LCHA). Her work is essential for attracting investment in hydrogen storage facilities and supporting the UK to meet its net zero commitment. Shabana has over ten years of experience working in central government roles across a range of strategy, finance and policy roles, with a focus on infrastructure and estate strategy.

Robert is Chief Operating Officer at Imperial College London, where he leads finance, property, digital and organisational transformation. He brings more than 20 years’ executive-level experience, having held senior leadership roles at housing organisations including Genesis and Circle. He also brings broader sector insight through his trusteeship at Centrepoint, where he has supported work to tackle youth homelessness and improve outcomes for young people. His experience spans governance, finance, property, organisational performance, partnership working and service improvement. Robert is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Declared interests: Robert is Chief Operating Officer at Imperial College where he is also a member of the Council, the Finance Committee, and the Endowment Board. Robert is also a member of the Resources Committee of the Royal Society.

Faith is a chartered commercial surveyor and has worked in real estate and the built environment for over a decade in a number of roles including real estate valuation, agency, investment, and development. Most recently she was Development Manager at Countryside Partnerships where she managed the design and delivery of large regeneration schemes in London. Faith is also the founder of We Rise In, a business dedicated to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in corporate industries through professional training and development programmes.

Nilavra is passionate about providing good homes and has over 20 years' experience working across the social and affordable housing sector, delivering service transformation, and managing homes and assets. He has served on several Boards and held voluntary roles, and currently holds the position of Group Director of Property and Places at YMCA St Paul’s Group.

Jessica has over 20 years’ experience as an international HR leader and brings extensive experience of leading organisational transformation, culture change and communications programmes across a range of sectors. Currently she is Chief People Officer at Hammerson plc, a FTSE-listed owner and operator of retail and leisure destinations across the UK, Ireland and France. Jessica is passionate about helping organisations create long-term value through strong leadership, engaged employees, and a clear focus on customer and community outcomes.

Antonio spent 20 years of his career in the telecommunications industry holding senior roles across customer operations, marketing, sales, and finance. Most recently he has led digital & customer experience transformations across the telecommunications, online retail, and travel industries. Antonio currently holds the position of Customer Experience Director at EasyJet. Antonio is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through best-in-class digital capabilities and engaged front-line colleagues.

Nina is Group Chief Information Officer at Quadient, leading global technology, data, AI, digital transformation, and customer experience. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across Quadient, BAT, GSK, and Brambles, she has built and transformed global organisations, delivering business growth through technology, operational excellence, and innovation. Nina is recognised for driving large scale transformation programmes, advancing AI and data capabilities, and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes. She is an active contributor to industry discussions on technology leadership, responsible AI, and the future of work.

Felice has a wealth of lived experience and is committed to ensuring that the voice of customers is heard and their issues acted upon. Felice currently works for a Local Authority and is commissioned by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (MHLG) as part of the rough sleepers initiative. She has spent over 35 years investing in some of the most vulnerable members of society.

Declared Interests: Felice is a member of the Eden Project Community Action, member of The Vine Road project, a community-based food growing initiative, and Friends of Barnes Common.

Nick is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner in BDO LLP  (and before that PKF (UK) LLP) providing audit, forensic and corporate finance services. This included work in the charity and not for profit sectors as well as for corporates and Government departments and regulators.  Since retiring he has continued with expert witness work and has been a non executive director/trustee of a number of organisations and is currently Chairman of the Board at Regent’s University London. Throughout his career he has been involved in advising property and housing businesses including the National Housing Federation, as well as developers and landlords.

Declared Interest: Board member and chair of Audit & Risk Committee at Housing Solutions. He is a board member of Pannells LLP and a Director at Regents University, London.

Julian joined RHP in June 2022. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CMCIH) and has spent most of his career leading service improvements across asset and housing management for several local, regional and national housing providers. Julian trained as a building surveyor at South Bank University, and has held several voluntary roles in local community groups, and non-executive roles within the housing sector. 

Declared Interests: Julian is an independent non-executive director at Sage Homes, and a member of their Customer & Assets Committee.  He is also a non-executive director of Croydon Churches Housing Association, and chair of their Development and Assets Committee. 

Annemarie joined RHP as Executive Director of Operations in September 2024. She has over 20 years’ experience within the social housing sector.  She started her working life as a housing officer and since then has undertaken a wide range of roles ranging from specialist functions in Policy and Service Improvement, Tenant Engagement and Development, through to her most recent positions in senior and executive Operations and Customer Services roles. Before starting at RHP, Annemarie was Managing Director for the north-west London region at Peabody, where she had responsibility for customer services to 26,000 homes. Annemarie has resposibility for ensuring RHP's compliance with the Consumer Standards.

Suzanne joined RHP as Executive Director of Corporate Services in September 2025. She started her career in the wholesale food industry before qualifying as a solicitor. She spent 11 years specialising in commercial real estate at a prominent city law firm before becoming head of the commercial property programme at BPP University. She joined the housing sector in 2019. Suzanne is also a qualified Company Secretary.

Suzanne acts as Company Secretary for RHP Group and all its subsidiaries.

Emma joined RHP in September 2025 as Executive Director of Finance. Prior to joining the housing sector, Emma has 20 years of experience within the water industry, most recently as Group Finance Director for SES Water who provide clean water to 750,000 customers across Surrey and London. She was previously at Thames Water, undertaking a range of roles across Finance, Regulation and Treasury.
