RHP Group appoints new Executive Director of Finance

After a thorough and competitive recruitment process, we have appointed Emma Prince as our new Executive Director of Finance.

Emma brings with her 19 years’ experience in the water industry, acting at a senior level, most recently as Group Finance Director for SES Water.

RHP’s Chief Executive Sarah Thomas says: “We’re excited to welcome Emma to RHP Group. She has a proven track record of delivering strong financial results, whilst being an inspiring leader and strategic thinker. There is a great deal of cross-over between the water and housing sectors – both being highly regulated environments and providing essential services. I am confident Emma’s experience and expertise will help us to maintain our financial strength, whilst bringing a fresh perspective to enable us to keep getting better”.

We’ve recently been awarded a V1 viability rating from the Regulator of Social Housing and currently hold a high credit rating in the sector. This appointment comes at a pivotal time for us, as we move into the second year of our three-year strategy, where we continue to invest in new and existing homes, as well as focusing on the development of a new repairs model which will bring the service in-house, later in the year.

Emma will join RHP in September 2025.
