Meet RHP’s Board and Senior Leaders

We value your feedback and are committed to listening to your views so we can continue improving our services. Following the success of our last 'Meet the board' event, we’re running another one. Some of you asked for a session in the summer at a time when more customers could attend, so we're holding the next one on 3 June at our Teddington office.

Join members of RHP’s Board, including our Chair Keith Jenkins, to share your thoughts on what we could improve, as well as anything you’d like us to continue or do more of. Your feedback will help shape our services now and inform our next organisational strategy, which will begin in April 2027.

You don’t need to book to attend. Please note this isn’t a drop-in session, and the event will begin at 6pm.

Do you have a specific service issue you’d like to discuss?

Drop-in session: 4.45pm–6pm

Before the main event, colleagues from a range of service areas including repairs, housing and rents will be available for one-to-one conversations.

If you have a personal query or service issue, you can drop in at any time during this session to speak directly with the right team and get support with your issue. You’re then welcome to stay for the ‘Meet the board’ event afterwards.

We can help cover reasonable travel costs to make it easier for you to attend. Please contact us in advance if you’d like more information on this.
