Update on our repairs partnership

As we’ve communicated previously, alongside our partner Kier Places, we’ve been working hard on a large-scale improvement plan for our repairs service.
Despite best efforts from both parties and an ongoing collaborative approach, we haven’t been able to reach commercial agreements on some aspects of the service, and performance hasn’t been at the standards we aspire to deliver.
On this basis, we have collectively decided to end our partnership by December this year, at the latest.
We’ll be working closely with Kier Places in the remaining months to limit disruption to you and achieve a smooth transition to the new arrangements we put in place.
We’ll use the coming months to develop a new service model, which best fits the needs of you and your home.
We believe this is a real opportunity to turn the service around and deliver an efficient and effective repairs service.
We’ll keep you updated on our plans and will use feedback from you to help shape our way forward.
