Your new home online: we’re live!

Our new and improved website is now live. Developed with input from customers and other stakeholders at every stage, we want to make it easier for you to access our services, carry out transactions, find information, and get in touch.

As well as a fresh new look, key enhancements include:

• Improved navigation and search functionality

• Mobile-first design for easy access

• Compatibility with assisted technology such as screen readers

• Meeting standards set out by the British Dyslexia Association

• Optimised colours, fonts, and layout for better readability

• Designed to minimise CO₂ emissions and reduce data usage

At this stage there’ll be no change to how customers login or register for their online account.

Later in the year we’ll be launching a new customer portal to enhance the self-service options available to you.
