Festive opening hours

Our office closes at 5pm on Wednesday 24 December and reopens on Monday 5 January.
 
Our call centre will be operating as normal on 29, 30, & 31 December. 
 
Our emergency repairs line (including for no heating or hot water) will be open 24/7 during the whole period on: 0800 032 2433.
 
Caretakers will work over the festive period to keep estates safe and tidy.
