Have your say on important policies

Digital Neighbourhood is our free online community where you can share your thoughts and help us improve the services we provide, from the comfort of your own home. We regularly ask for your feedback on a wide range of topics, including new strategies and policies, customer communications, and changes affecting specific estates. 

We’re currently asking for your feedback on two new policies:

Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion policy: setting our how we make sure our services are accessible, fair, and responsive to the different needs of the people who live in our homes. https://www.digitalneighbourhood.rhp.org.uk/edi

Code of Conduct: setting out the standards of behaviour expected from everyone who works for or represents RHP, including employees, board members and involved customers.

Your feedback will help us understand whether the policies are clear, whether it reflects what matters most to you as customers, and whether there is anything we've missed.
