Join our new Customer Review Group

We're looking for customers to join our new Customer Review Group. This is your opportunity to help shape the services you use from the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you. Every three months, you will get early access to our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures to review. We'll ask you to spot what is improving and what needs attention. You will also look through anonymous comments from other customers to understand their experiences.
From time to time, you may also be invited to answer follow-up questions during an occasional online meeting to help us dig deeper into the feedback.
This role is completely flexible, allowing you to take part whenever it suits you. Reviews go live three times a year: in mid-July, mid-October, and mid-January, and each one should take around one and half or two hours to complete. Taking part is simple, as everything is done online through our Digital Neighbourhood. Most importantly, your feedback will shape real decisions at RHP. To thank you for your time and effort, you will receive a £30 voucher for each review you complete.
